Adopt a Plant Sticker (3.5" x 2")

Due to recent events, we have amended our refund policy. Any issues regarding plant quality must be brought to our attention within 72 hours of delivery. This includes issues with rot, pests, damage, and severe etiolation. We will not be issuing credits or refunds for damaged plants outside of this window.

When plants depart our greenhouse they are inspected for health and disease. We cannot control how they are cared for once they depart our facilities.

Additionally, we will NOT be issuing refunds for the following:

  Minor etiolation

  Minor leaf damage or loss

  Minor differences/ Loss of color

  Cluster Separation

  Orders lost by UPS or USPS. We cannot be held responsible for parcels after they have departed our greenhouse.

  Orders delivered to the wrong address because of customer error

  When shipping to Canada, customers assume all responsibility for the package and any import taxes or duties.

  Issues or delays caused by transshipping or third-party shipping forwarders. If you chose to have your order forwarded out of the country you assume ALL risk involved. We will not be held responsible for customs delays, dead plants, or any other issue involved with your order being forwarded overseas. Any complaints or refund requests having to do with transshipped orders will result in the termination of the customer account.
