Plants ship bare root meaning roots are sparse and will need to be regrown. This listing is for the specimen you see photographed.
All of my succulents have been grown in greenhouse conditions. These plants will require strong bright light and water every two weeks, allowing plants to dry thoroughly between waterings to maintain vibrant coloration. If you have any questions about care feel free to contact me.
IMPORTANT: Before ordering please understand that due to a lack of light and water during shipping, plants lose coloration or shrink due to dehydration. This is out of my control. Additionally, if you live in an area with temperatures below freezing (32 degrees) you should add a heat pack to your order since I’m not responsible for damages caused by extreme temperatures. Thank you for understanding.
I received an order of 4 plants, all four were BEAUTIFUL and shipped quickly. BUT, one of the plants had slightly different coloration than the one I ordered. I chalked it up to light exposure differences/etc. Not a day later I received an (unsolicited, mind you, I hadn't complained or raised an issue with the incorrect plant) email from TrueSucculents letting me know they had discovered they sent me the wrong plant and were shipping the correct one free of charge. AND to keep the one they had sent by mistake!! The correct one arrived today and is just as beautiful as it was pictured. THANK YOU for taking such good care of your customers!
